EDGE Rewind: Young Leslie Jordan Photos Go Viral After Actor's Passing

If you're a true fan of the dearly departed Leslie Jordan, then you know Jordan wasn't always the petite, plump and sassy character he so comedically played on "Will & Grace." Once upon a time, Jordan was built and beefy.

As reported by Daily Mail, photos showing Jordan svelte and shirtless in the '80s have been making their rounds on social media, leaving many surprised to see the actor at such a young age. Others simply can't get over how "hot" he was when he was a young stud.

"I just called 1980 and told it I wanted my six-pack back – except in those days I was drinking and I'm afraid they'll think I want beer," is how Jordan captioned the photos of him in his 20s when he shared them to his Instagram page in September.

He followed up with another photo of him taken in 1977, grinning ear to ear with abs on full display.

"They used to call me Sweet n' Low on the streets back then,' he wrote. "Me, wasted at 22 years old in 1977 – I am not proud of it." But social media fans were proud of his physique.

In the photos, he bares a striking resemblance to Robin Williams, and Jordan loved the comparison.

"I love that some folks think I look like my hero, Robin Williams and even Paul Rudd," he said. And social media commentators agree.

'Young Leslie Jordan was a hunk,' wrote one social media user, while another added, 'Young Leslie Jordan! Oh he was hot.'

'Why have I never seen these pictures of young Leslie Jordan before? He was an adorable older gentleman and an absolute hunk when he was younger,' said another commentator.

A fourth tweet read, "Let's all remember Leslie Jordan as he'd want to be remembered, as a hot young daddy." And we couldn't agree more.
